The Huber Heights Public Affairs Unit is comprised of four personnel. The unit is under the direct supervision of Sergeant Taylor.

Officer Mark Bruns is HHPD's Public Affairs Officer and Public Information Officer / Media Contact.

Officers Brown and Garlow are assigned to the schools as School Resource Officers.

Both Sgt. Taylor and Off. Bruns are graduates of the National Crime Prevention Institute at the University of Louisville and can assist with residential and business security surveys to assess crime risk factors. These Officers can be contacted for any crime prevention information, literature or assistance.
