On Friday September 28, 2007 at 4:00p.m. the Huber Heights Police Division received a call concerning a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Northbound Rt. 4 and Lower Valley Pike. Officers arrived to find one person entrapped. Huber Heights Fire Division Crews were able to remove the victim from the vehicle. Care Flight was notified and responded to the scene. They removed Michael Little, age 18 of Tipp City, and transported him to Miami Valley Hospital. We are told that he is currently in critical condition.

Witness stated that two dump trucks were sitting stationary on southbound Rt. 4 at Lower Valley Pike waiting to turn left onto Lower Valley Pike. The first dump truck turned and failed to yield to northbound traffic. The dump truck collided with the Honda being operated by Little. The Huber Heights Police Division's accident investigators are handling the on-going investigation. Charges are pending to results of their investigation.
