Abduction at 4801 Neptune

On 07-16-07 at about 0730 hrs, Officers from the Huber Heights Police Division were dispatched to an address on Pepper Dr on the report of a female cab driver reporting that she had been abducted. Initial investigation indicates that the victim was bound and held for about 12 hours. After the vehicle was abandoned and suspect fled, the victim worked her way loose and ran to a nearby home to call for help.
Suspect is described as a light skinned black male 20 to 30 years of age known as "Tony". He is 5'7" to 5'10" tall and has a stocky build. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and blue jeans.
Suspect is still at large and known to be armed with at least one knife.
