The Huber Heights Police Division Records Department consists of two Records Clerks. They are specially trained in the Public Records Laws and perform many duties such as background checks, transcribing reports, collecting and compiling statistical data and traffic reports.

If you should wish a copy of a police report, please contact our records section at 233-1565 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Closed weekends and most recognized holidays.
