Lt. Tom Milligan

Officers assigned to the investigative section investigate crimes that are felonies, require extensive follow up or specialized investigative training. Currently the Investigative Section consists of six detectives.

Sgt. John Kissee is the section supervisor and is responsible for the daily operation of the unit. This section is under the command of Lt. Tom Milligan. Lt. Milligan is also in charge of the internal affairs section of the division.
